I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site.
Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?

Some items won in bid delivered. Others not delivered as apparent the item was not even manufactured and then lated advised the order cancelled. However refund was sent. Have not yet received and not advised which item/s are missing. Why have an auction when items not available.

Overall is very nice but the picture in the description is deceptive and the title said it was a thick chain. It is very thin, not thick. Communication was great, shipping and tracking was within an acceptable time, I am awaiting a second auction I won but the shipping took much longer than this one to be shipped. It would be nice if in the future, they add the thickness of the chains in their description. Like this one is about 1mm.

The rings I have received not as described or depicted in the pictures and are in fact cheap stones that are worth nothing. I am very dissatisfied.

I have won several bids during the time i have been a part of Jewelry Room and all the jewelry is exquisite. My only advise is to read the descriptions very carefully and bid based on the actual description given. Also do googles search on items in question. Get all the possible info you can before bidding. If you really like an item watch it all the way to the end of the bid as some people wait till last minute to place bids so they have better chance of winning at lowest bid price.

it was mostly my fault as i took a break from bidding and when i came back i entered in a different name and venue.

Mainly a positive experience. Know in advance that the items won't be delivered to you for about a month.

I was sent the wrong earrings and I got a prompt response with an apology and asking if I wanted to send them back, or a "store" credit. I said the credit and I have heard nothing since. I was hoping that it would have been put towards the earrings that I ordered again.

Love the range of jewelry and the quality is exceptional. I've purchased many items. Will continue too

Such a disappointment! I thought these items were going to be quality items. They are not! The cheap stone fell out of the ring the first time I wore it. I took all 5 pieces I received to a jewelry store and they basically laughed at me. Do not invest!

Everything was excellent. I got my ring within the time frame advised and I am very pleased with how it looks and fits.

I wanted to discuss the cost of resizing the ring that I had just bought and no one ever got back to me.

I have purchased items twice on jewelryroom.com and every time I think about buying jewellery for my wife, that's the place where I'm going to be going. She is overwhelmed with the quality, the look, and the prestige of wearing such fine quality jewelry.

Item was purchased at the start of March and still has not been shipped. Was told it is coming from a warehouse and should not be much longer only ask again a few weeks later and be told the same thing

I like what I buy, but you charge way to much for postage, so alot of times I am very hesitated because of this.

I have only received a couple of my items but they are both gorgeous. Fairly quick postage only a couple weeks, not bad considering they come from overseas.

It was great to remain in the privacy of my home and review so many jewelry options. The choice was diverse as were the price points. I was able to purchase some unique products without a sales person breathing down my neck. When I did have a minor problem it was resolved at customer service in about 24 hours.

I inadvertently (in the beginning) bid on an item I did not want. Once explained, they removed the bid so I did not loose my standing. Andy was very understanding.

I asked for them to look up a email I got for a discount that I must have deleted and they gave it to me, thats tells me they care about their customers.

I have bought quite a few items from here and I've had no issues what so ever, the products are beautiful, shipping is reasonable, I'm from Canada and the company is acomadating.
I highly recommend them.
