Jouvo

I needed ParkMobile last night. I thought I clicked on the app and Jouvo inserted itself instead. It got my credit card before I realized the problem because the ParkMobile logo was there. Then I had to put my credit card in ParkMobile and realized the bait and switch. I got no confirmation from jouvo, no information about what they charged me and no way to access the account-the link disappeared when it shuffled me to ParkMobile. Very bad.

The add was hidden as what seems to be a necessary step in a confirmation of my flight ticket booking at Whizzair. I had to give my credit card data to complete the confirmation. I fell for it but saw later the reviews of other people that made me realize I was scammed and got subscribed to their service. I logged into their site and saw that I was in the free window of 2 days so was able to cancel the subscription without being charged. All in all this is a shady company with loathsome practices.

They had an advertisement on a parking lot website which looked like a link that should be used to book a parking ticket. After putting my credit cards details in, I saw that something was not right. I canceled right away after I was that this was hidden as a subscription! What a scam. They took so far $2. Hopefully that's it but if they do that with everyone who makes this mistake, they make good money. Hopefully they won't charge more than that. Thise people should be ashamed of their scam.
