I ordered a tallit bag & tallit clips in August, 2014. As I am in Australia, I required international shipping and received an email regarding shipping to which I responded immediately. I have asked via numerous emails when I will be receiving my order. Finally, I received an email late in September, informing me that the clips are unavailable. Despite asking if they will be becoming available, I have still only been met with silence.
The customer service has been non-existent and frustrating, not to mention the embarrassment they have caused me as I have been unable to give the bat-mitzvah present, which is now very long overdue. I have now insisted on a full refund. Let see how long it will take to hear anything...

So I wanted new tefillin. Nice price and supposed to come from Israel. Three weeks go by and I called--I have one of those names, maybe he is maybe he isn't? Then the next called I got some guy, he must have thought I was one of his bookies--seriously rude these guys got no derek hamelech this for sure--then this idiot couldn't find a record of the sale--he tried to tell me I was wrong and din't have an order!. Two weeks later I got them, BH--they were from a Rabbi in Brooklyn that I know. I called him to kvetch, he promises he has nothing to do with these guys they buy from somebody else. So I had to find a Rav to check them--they were kosher, not Israeli for certain and such a hassle never with these people. Easy--check out the Better Business Bureau on these guys--you gotta work to get an F

I ordered 3 boxes of Chanuka candles, 1 pack of dreidels and a box of milk chocolate gelt. I was charged for all the items, but only received 1 box of candles and a box of bittersweet chocolate gelt. I tried calling 3 times, but nobody answers the phone and the voice mail box is full. I have sent 2 emails without a response. Finally, I have requested that Visa withhold the portion of the payment for the items I did not receive.

I bought some candles locally for myself and daughter and had to overnight the candles to her at great expense.

Wish I had checked this site first!

As an update - They sent me the candles which I received in the middle of Chanuka (Still no dreidels). Two months later they called me to try to resolve the complaint to the BBB. I told him to send a call tag and I would send back the candles. He told me to keep them as he didn't want to pay for the shipping. I'll donate them to my shul.

I purchased a menorah to be sent via UPS. First they charged me $85. When their website indicated the shipping would be $40. Then when I opened the Menorah it was broken. From the way it was packed it is obvious that the Menorah did not get broken in transit. The Packing box was undamaged and the packing foam chips were very thick. The only box that was damaged was the Menorah box - which tells me it was shipped damaged. I have tried to contact them with out any luck. I'm now learning of all the other horror stories with this company and that they have a history of over charging on the shipping and sending damaged goods.
