“I ordered from this website over 5 months ago and wired...”

I ordered from this website over 5 months ago and wired them over $400 for mechandise and have never recieved it. I have over 5 months of email communications asking for a refund or my goods with nothing. They just keep telling me they shipped it and it is not their responsibility.
