Well, Jumpline provides excellent services that websites can gain advantages from. I have been a subscriber since April, 2021 and I find this web host satisfactory. It turns out that I've been hosting 3 web sites for about 7 months with Jumpline web host. I'm happy so far. Note: It will be also a good idea to contact their representative and ask for current specials and discounts they offer. Support is available 24/7 and you can contact them any time you need.

Having deleted the wrong sub domain I contacted Jumpline hosting provider. They emailed to say it could be restored and within a short time it was. This alone is enough to recommend them, especially when compared to my experience with other hosts. When I have contacted them with other support questions they have responded quickly and explained clearly. The level of service provided at such affordable prices is astonishing. Thank you, Jumpline team!

Their hosting servers just went down for two days and are still down. Even their marketing website is down. Idiot fly by night business, I have to migrate to GoDaddy if and when this ever gets fixed.

I appreciate that Jumpline hosting - prices are very reasonable. Paid for 1 year as they gave discount - 50% off the price $5.14/mo - got a reasonable number of dedicated email boxes, databases and other services that you need for the average interactive website. Most folks will be satisfied with their basic linux package.

I am really impressed by Jumpline web host and their feature-rich web hosting solutions. They continue to impress me with their high quality included web applications, powerful control panel, great reliability and excellent pricing. If you are not the least knowledgeable person in the world about web hosting and do need to call support at least one in a daily basis then Jumpline is really the hosting provider for you.

After being a customer of Jumpline (and it's predecessors) for 20 years, my recent experience led me to have to move to another provider who actually provides support. Two months ago my site simply disappeared when some automated process on the Jumpline side took the server down. After chasing Jumpline for the better part of 2 months with no response other than 'someone will get back to you' I finally got a response to say that the server issue meant they lost the site and all backups. I can empathize with technical issues, but the complete and total lack of ANY sort of response or status updates for almost 2 months was at best ridiculous. Do NOT use this service.

I was a Jumpline customer for almost 20 years until this week. When I joined in '04 they were amazing. I'd call with tech issues and the rep would immediately fix everything. Now for tech support you'll get a response during bankers hours M-F. Have a billing issue? Stacey will rudely shut you down. Rudest person I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go with Bluehost. And SSL? They charge you $50 per site. Bluehost SSL is free. I've had negative experiences with hosts before Jumpline and have lost my SEO and customer base. When Jumpline goes under you'll experience that too. BTW, they're super slow, broke my WordPress site and just suck all around.

Highly recommend Jumpline cheap hosting services. My sites have a reasonable amount of traffic so was impressed that the huge storage and bandwidth as from what I can tell I'm not near having issues with it, again unlike my old host who kept telling me there was too much traffic to the site and I needed VPS, which was untrue.

Moving to Jumpline hosting account was the best decision I ever made with web hosting. Being able to call a live person by phone when you feel frustrated like sometimes happens when developing new sites and having always a timely response to support tickets is essential for our operation and my work enjoyment. I've always had prompt and helpful service from this web host in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site.

Pricing is excellent! I have enjoyed their service and would recommend Jumpline hosting to anyone. It also offer a very nice control panel with a large list of functions some of which cost extra at other hosting provider. I started using their shared hosting services when I needed additional storage space for my stock photography site.

The server is very stable. My personal experience proves that Jumpline provides quick and professional service! I have never experienced downtime. Recently my website was hacked due to my own negligence. They provided fast and professional service to help brainstorm a solution/cause for my problem and was patient with my lack of computer/technical knowledge.

My expectations are always exceeded. Jumpline responses was very helpful during those days, responding and restored the damages very quickly from their seperate backups and constantly keeping me updated of the restoration progress before I ever get impatient.

Jumpline was great up and until 15 Sep 21 when the did a migration of servers. Since then, email issues abound! I would not recommend jumpline as a host under it's current support structure.

Jumpline is my new VPS hosting provider. I moved to it about 1 month ago and would like to share my feelings with them. These guys are very helpful. I had various stuff hosted on other web hosting providers and decided to keep all-in-one place. So Jumpline support team helped me to move everything from other places. At the moment I have never experienced downtime.

Recommended! I'm amazed at the level of service that they provide given the price they charge. I feel Jumpline prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth and other resources you get. Their support is really worth it. Uptime is great and their promise (99.9% uptime guarantee) is correct.

Was a client for over 20 years with no problems til this year. Attempts to fix email problems were unsuccessful. Impossible to speak with anyone since they've shut down phone support b/c of COVID-19 which makes no sense. Online chat is given to techs who can't do anything and refer all to 'admins' who are unresponsive. Finally decided to move to another company and found that they've been charging me more than the going rate for years and - more important - they have failed to make the necessary changes to allow the transfer telling me it would take 4 hours, then 2 days and most recently a week and still nothing has been done. Very disappointed and frustrated

Unlike many other providers doing support outsourcing, Jumpline is obviously the best one in many aspects. Within the span of a day I got this cheap little account to host 2 WordPress sites and one static site, all without additional fees. The cPanel is good. The WordPress install worked well. Everything so far is working out.

I appreciate JumpLine quality of service, from the reliability of their servers to their live chat support, and enthusiastically recommend this host to my clients and colleagues. I'm also impressed with their tech support. I just ended a session with their support and appreciated his technical knowledge and friendly demeanor.

Happy! Jumpline offers me great technical support, and offers my clients great website package deals loaded with services. All this at a price so low that the word ‘affordable' doesn't even do it justice. I call it all-inclusive web host.

I've upgraded my Jumpline web hosting package and began hosting video and other multimedia content. I have submitted several support tickets and it was always answered quickly and accurately and 100% complete. Recommended.

I looked online for reviews of Jumpline VPS hosting and found only positive reviews which I thought was fishy since it was too good to be true. I enjoy the up close and personal approach of the administrators and the support is always fast and accurate. My uptime has been fabulous and I love how much space I have for a relatively low price.

I am already for more then 4 months with Jumpline and have never had any problems. Few times I needed help in submission my site for search engines and always got needed help. All servers are stable and work pretty good.
