Shocking customer service purchase push chair told be deliver Tuesday 10th Feb it came Wednesday 11th Feb to top it all parts missing like rain cover told it be delivered Friday 13th Feb just received text it be delivered Monday 16th Feb 2015 we where promise be Friday but no not the case stay away from this shabby set up don't answer phone Web site doggie
Shocking Customer service, ordered a furniture set for our babies room, was in stock and delivery said 7-10 working days. Had 2 confirmation emails regarding our order.
7 weeks on we had no sign of delivery, we must have rung 7 or 8 times and emailed, they never replied to our emails and were rude on the phone, just fobbing us off and saying its not in stock, on countless times said they would ring us back but never did, we even contacted the manufacturers where the order was supposedly coming from ans they had no order and was all in stock, so rung back the company and they tried to backtrack. Also gave us 2 delivery dates but our items never were delivered.
After all this we decided to cancel so asked them to refund us asap and they said they would, its nearly been a week and nothing as of yet, i doubt they will refund us so would like to warn others of this site, we are currently going through the details with our credit card company to get our money back.
I recently ordered a cot bed and mattress from this company and even though the goods have now been delivered and are of good quality, the customer service is appalling. You cannot get hold of them to find out the status of your order by either telephone or e-mail. So be wary of using them as quite frankly they told me that they had tried to deliver my goods and left a card but I never found the card. From there on it went downhill and eventually I got paypay involved. But I stress the goods are really nice.
