Justfly offers no customer service other than to cancel your entire trip. Pay extra thinking you have selected your seat only to find out at the very last moment that you are no where near it. Now you are in the middle in the very back of the plane. You are stuck with whatever you get with them and have no one to help you.
Tip for consumers:
They let you think you are able to select your seat but you won't find out until the last minute that you didn't get what you wanted.
