I wish I found these reviews before I purchased through them. They charge you and don't ship. Their customer service number rings once and hangs up on you. They don't respond to emails. I asked to have the orders cancelled and now magically the order ships - and I'm expected to pay for return shipping and restocking.
This place is a total scam

Ordered switch plates for my bathroom project on 3/16/2021. Never received products. Called and was hold for 20 minutes and hung up on once, was told shipping was going to take 6-8 weeks. I inquired as to were this information was in my E-mail confirmation and was told "you can't see it... it is on my end". Demanding refund however, will not receive notification of until the next business day hopefully, it will be sometime in 2021! Do not purchase from this company!

Terrible customer service- ordered switchplates, after 4 weeks- they still hadn't arrived. Entered the chat to ask about my order, was told that they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me in 3 days. Really? 3 more daysto answer a question about an order? Never heard back- just called, and was told another 3 weeks at least. Rude customer service who rushed through my call.

I would love to show pictures, but after 6 weeks I have not received my switchplates. After 3 weeks of having bare outlets, I ended up ordering them from Amazon and had in 3 days. Don't know if I will ever end up with my order, and I certainly have no confidence that this company will ever refund my money. Waited on hold for at least an hour each time I called the company to only hear that they are on backorder; however, when I ordered them it showed they were in stock. BEWARE

I ordered, they immediately took money, never told me anything was back ordered and after 6 weeks waiting, I cancelled order. Very poor service

I placed an order in August. I have been contacting this company once a month looking for an update. Told that the items are back ordered due to the pandemic. Okay, I can understand that. Then I am told that they will ship soon. Please define soon. A tracking number is not available but will be later that day. STILL WAITING FOR ITEM AND TRACKING NUMBER. Customer service people I speak with seem to have programmed responses and NO CONTRETE IDEA OF WHERE ITEM IS OR IF IT REALLY IS BEING SHIPPING!
Would like to have a REAL answer and idea of where my items are!

I purchased 50 switch switch plates. When the order was placed the wait time was 2-3 weeks. After a month I called and was told it was 4-8 weeks. I told them that the web site had 2-3 still and I was told it just wasn't updated. I waited 2 more weeks and was so fed up I asked them to cancel the order. When I didn't see a credit back on my credit card, I called again and was told that the manufacturer hadn't responded. I told them again that I didn't want it anymore and the next day I received my switch plates. The quality was good so I kept them. I now had 5 extra plates and asked how I could return them. First I was told that I would receive a shipping label to return the items and that I wouldn't be charged a restocking fee. After a few weeks waiting for the return label I was told that i wouldn't be charged a restocking fee but I had to pay for return shipping. I went ahead and paid $11 for return shipping. I sent them the tracking number and the item was received from their warehouse on 5/18. It's now 7/7 and I have yet to see the refund of my returned items. I lost my patience and contacted my bank and I explained the issue. Sent the bank the tracking number and they pulled the return funds from them. This is just an awful company to deal with. They don't pick up the phone when you call customer service because they are too busy, the on-line chat is useless because no one really chats with you. They ask you to write the reason of the chat and then you get an email of an open case which they never respond to. When you call the wait time is extremely long. When you ask for a call back you need to constantly repeat your issue and get a different response each time. I will never order from them again. I rather pay a bit more and deal with a reputable company.

Switchplates are advertised as being white. I received plates that are a light blue/green. They will not go with my blue tiles! I ordered white & want white.

I wrote asking for a return label. They responded that they were sending me a label plus return authorization AND are going to charge a 25% restocking charge!

I have written back saying & will not pay a restocking charge, as this is their error & false advertising. As yet I have not heard anymore, nor have I received the RA, etc.

It was fine, the delivery was pack safe, arrived on time, I will use them again, I will tell people about the company

Covers were high quality and look fantastic. Very happy with the entire transaction. Covers were delivered in about a week.

Delivery was fast, Quality was spot on. I've purchased from this company before and I am very pleased with this company! Highly recommended!
