I recently had a new home built in another state, and one that is far away that I need to get on a plane to from my current state. I chatted with Kardiel before making the purchase of a sofa, and was told that it takes 10 business days to receive it. Lets just say that the 10 business days are gone, I had to change my flight to return home, and still no sofa! You chat with them and all you get is BS! Now, I have to change my flight again, and still Kardiel nor the shipping company can provide me with a delivery date? Between the cost of the sofa and the constant changing of my flight I could have bought an entire living room set!
KARDIEL IS A NIGHTMARE!
I purchased a leather sectional online for $2900 and If I was able to inspect it in person I wouldn't have given $300 for it. The quality was shockingly bad. I think it was bonded leather too, definitely not full grain or top grain leather. Kardiel is a Chinese replica scam!
