“Wrong product sent (Do Not Order!)”

I ordered a weighted plush and on arrival it was the wrong one and it wasn't even weighted. They changed the price after I had ordered and without contacting me sent the wrong product. Any attempt to try and work out a resolution with them lead to them telling me that I was wrong. I am currently trying to receive a refund through PayPal.
