I ordered a cute rug with guitars for my husband who is a music teacher. It arrived weeks and weeks after ordering, and arrived in an envelope! That should tell you the quality of the materials. It's about the thickness of a cheap towel and the quality of the graphics is horrendous. Blurry, off center, etc. We're using it in the garage to wipe our feet. Never again will I order off an ad on Instagram.

I had ordered a door mat with sewing machine design to place in my entry hall. The order placed the beginning of January 2020. Money has been taken from my account for the rug. At first the company sent updated message telling the order status but now nothing has arrived. A friend of my had placed an order to for a large sewing machine rug for me as a gift in November 2019 and they never received the order. They lost their money.
My question is what can I do to get my money back?
I ordered a "guitar rug" for my grandson's birthday on 01/05/2020. I received it in the mail today, 01/30/2020. The "rug" was shipped to me in an envelope, size 10" x 11". I opened the envelope and found the so called "rug" folded up in a square. Kaylee and Tepid advertised what I ordered as "Guitar HM*******TM Round Carpet - 3 ft." This is NOT A CARPET. I have bought bath mats at WalMart that were more of "carpets" than this piece of crap. Their return policy states:"Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged." SO - in other words - they do not refund for crappy merchandise.
