The platform - intuitive with awesome indicators.
Customer service - responsive and typically replying to emails within a couple of days (max).
Now, one letdown - high commissions, as a new trader I believe that they can be more flexible with this matter.
Another let down - high first deposit amount, I was planning on max 100$, but i guess that in the long run, it's better to have enough money in my balance to save on commissions.
Other than those 2, everything else is good.

Many thanks to Kevin Lambert for his efforts in making my success in trading seem easier than it should. He has shown me more support than my family, which has been hard to come to terms with but the more income I bring from this industry the more validation I will receive from the people important to me.

I have enjoyed trading with this firm due to the support and interest the mentors have in my success. Although I have seen some cons, they don't outweigh the pros and I'm still happy trading with them.

I was initially attracted to this Company because of the wide range of coins they offer, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the service. The platform is easy to use and the fees are very reasonable. I've had no issues with deposits or withdrawals, and the customer support team has been incredibly helpful whenever I've had a question. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to trade crypto.

Trading is one thing I put a lot of time and effort into. I'm more of a long term gal. Therefore I spend my time on one or two trades and make them long term investments so I don't have to be in and out of the market multiple times a week.
My account manager the one and only Mike Fisher has my best interest in mind. One thing that I much appreciate with this firm is that they don't annoy you with phone calls every other day. As long as your goals are clear to them, you have your trades in place and taken care of they have no reason to bug you.
As Mike knows I like to make long term trades so the week that we do that I have some down time until I decide I'm ready to check in or make another move.

Because I haven't paid my deposit for the return of my investment and profit, they claim that I am in violation of the contract.
Nothing in their deal that I've read makes this seem like a required.
They now say that I can't withdraw without the deposit, however I was able to get both my investment and profit returned in less than three days after I presented my case to T O N E L I M I T E D.

Thanks to Sarah Levin for her help in my trading fiesta.
She helped me secure my first trade rather easily with no complications. We are to build a trading schedule and strategy in our upcoming phone call with a goal to help me make more organized and thought out trades.

For someone like me who lacks experience, I really appreciate how user-friendly and enjoyable this trading platform is. It's worth mentioning that the desktop application has some UI flaws, although minor. The live chat sessions are informative and to the point.

Commissions could be lower but still not that high to complain abotu.

This trading company KonohaFX is a complete scam. Withdrawals don't work and their employees are scammers out to take your every dollar. I strongly recommend avoiding cooperation with them so as not to become another victim. I myself went through a nightmare with this company, losing everything I had. However, thanks to support (at) fast-recovery(.)io, I was able to get my money back. Don't repeat my mistakes - choose trusted partners for your financial well-being.

Trading is not an industry where there's right or wrong. It's more trial and effort and trying to learn from your mistakes. Therefore, I don't see one firm better than the other.
Konoha has on its platform enough tools for the average trader to use and appreciate. Beyond the basics one must do research to find. But in my experience Konoha has more than enough room for helping people in their career.

After making great %, I went to make a withdrawal but they asked me for more money by which point I knew my suspicions were correct it was a complete scam. Please everyone stay away! I have gotten my capital back with the help of R:E:C :O: V:C:å :P: I:T:å:L '

I have tried my luck in a few different trading companies, each with its own advantage. I came to KonohaFX about four months ago. Until this moment apart from a slight technical malfunction in the platform, which I was also able to get a response to it quite quickly, I am very pleased with the returns and the non-stressful approach that allows me to trade at my own pace.

I have never been a fan of giving negative reviews but i had a completely horrible experience with this company, I was taken advantage of and manipulated into sending my super to them. While trying to enforce a part withdrawal on my account, I spoke to the representatives several times but it was the scamreveal/net community that presented a solution, the team at konohafx keep depriving regular traders like myself of our investments. They not only steal the profits but they also hold back every deposits you've ever made to the platform because they demand that you keep paying to get issues fixed, of which they never help to get them resolved. Any positive reviews you see on konohafx is a scam in itself to get you to overlook how horrible their organization really is."
