If you're buying a vehicle, don't visit Koons Woodbridge Hyundai. If you have no other choice than visiting the dealership, pick another salesperson than Shah. He cares more about the amount of daily sales, juggling several customers, than focusing on you as the customer. He doesn't care about you any more than the dealership wants to keep you happy as a customer.
The dealership will sell you a car and close the door on any after sales care for any issues on the vehicle. If you suddenly get a "check engine" light on the vehicle, they don't care, they don't want to service the car, and if you plead with them to fix the problem, they will tell you to take the car elsewhere, anywhere they don't want to deal with the customer again.
They will NOT return phone calls. They DO NOT want any after sales business. Beware, be warned.
