I purchased two clothing items (which were already pretty expensive) and it was shipped to Canada, UPS wanted to charge me 180$ at the door (online showed 170$) for duties and taxes, this company never told me I'd have to pay such high duty fees, anyways I refused the package and told UPS to send it back to the company and now they refuse to refund me or help me resolve my issue, I had to email them so many times just to get a short reply that their stuff was final sale, but it didn't show that when I was checking out the items. I will be filing a complaint to my bank. They delete your comments on their IG and barely have any reviews on their Google or IG account, which is a red flag. If you Google their business, you will see they have lawsuits from DHL and another business…

Tip for consumers:
They should have informed their international buyers (ex. Canada) that they would be charged extremely high duties and taxes…and should provide a refund when they never communicated this information!!
