Las Vegas Oral Surgery

This dentist was alright, however when I went in to have my dentures relined they did not call me to let me know they were in and then I was handed them outside the office in a hallway with no offer of adjustments to the teeth and I went home feeling very uncomfortable both from dentures and from being treated like it was an emberrrasment that they had to work with dentures. The second time I went in, the dentures came back unfinished and I was overcharged on the procedure. Had I not been very upset with the dentures and sent them back I would not have noticed that they overcharged me and would have had to rely on the office refunding my money. Would they have? Of course they said they would have but I highly doubt it. I think they should have known how to apply a deductible and figured out the correct amount to charge me. The difference was only 25.00 but, that times how many patients certainly would add up to a nice amount at the end of the year. This plus the money saved by not using the right amount of product on my reline all adds up, not to mention that I missed an important meeting and had to walk around for two days with no teeth was very upsetting to me. I have a life and my time is just as important as theirs.The whole experience was completely unacceptable as a patient, I left feeling as though I had been taken advantage of and I would not go back or recommend this dentist to anyone.
