We purchased a Lectric XP Premium at preorder. When we receive the bike it had a lot of issues, we were giving a run around getting it fixed. First it's normal just ride it for 100 miles it will take care of itself? No Metal to metal on the brakes will NOT take care of itself! The screen has issues, the lock to fold it doesn't work right. None of these issues will fix themselves with time and use. We were told to take a brand new bike to a bike shop and they would refund us? I don't trust they would do this with the lies we were fed! We said we will take it to them at the QUARTZITE RV show they said great they will look at it there. Well we just went to that show after having a hard time getting the bike inside "they don't want bikes inside the show" I finally get to the booth with the $1900 bike. They did not have the ability to fix anything. So another lie by the customer service. Stay away from this company.
