I wish I could leave no stars. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago, was charged immediately, and still have not received shipment information. I've tried contacting them multiple times and have gotten no responses. I filed a BBB complaint and hopefully my credit union will help me get a refund. Stay as far away from this site as possible.

This website was very quick to charge my order as soon as I placed by order. Eleven days after, still no word of shipment. I tried numerous times to contact website but no one replied to my emails.
Beware about purchasing from this site.

Same as all of the above. Order was charged against my credit card yet no order was shipped. Now lets see how long it takes for me to get a refund.
I responded to someone's post below, but this company certainly deserves another one star rating. Placed order weeks ago. Credit card immediately charged. Three weeks later and still no indication of order status. I attempted numerous contacts (both e-mail and posting messages on my order page). No communication in return (over a week after my first contact). Contacted my bank and they re-credited my account and are filing dispute to Letstalkchef based on failure to receive merchandise. I sent a cancel e-mail to Letstalkchef as per their stated policy on the website. I checked today and the status of the order remains "processed". In addition, my communications to them have mysteriously disappeared. Horrible communication (and company)... I would not recommend doing business with them. I kick myself for not researching them prior to ordering.
I ordered an oven and my card was charged $133.14. The oven was Never shipped! I cancelled the order. Y card was charged on March 9 2011, the order was cancelled 4 weeks later, I still have not received a refund. Its June 10th today. The LAST time chef joe promised my money... he claimed he put a check in the mail on May 24th... NO CHECK!
I ordered a juicer and the order was processed with the card being charged. It has been 12 days with no word of shipping. No response from "Customer Service" and I can't find a phone number to call and "Let's Talk".
