Tried to get a submit ticket to return an item but cannot find where on their web site. This compay is awful and more so to return or exchange an item. Hours I spent on the computer trying to have my bolero changed or returned. Size was too big. I never order an xl I am a small person. Hate how I spent house trying to no avail, This company is a BIG RIP OFF. Don't ever order from them.

When they first started they would take images from high end catalogues and advertise them as their own. I've ordered from them a few times recently and three out of four items have been thrown in the garbage. One item smelled so bad I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. Looked nothing like the photo. Two hair items were totally different from advertised and quality was so bad I could never wear them in public. What can we do? They won't give you a full refund or even try to help. As consumers, we're at a total disadvantage and this company is stealing from us. This company should be shut down immediately. I paid mainly by PayPal. Money is taken out immediately!

I ordered 6 items and they are all poor quality. The return policy is not just difficult but it is misleading. There is no return address or process details on line and the details are not provided when requested. The customer service is so poor and I am waiting for my partial refund rather than dealing with expensive return post and delays. Be aware the product reviews on their website are fake!

Just got around to unpacking both of my tracksuits to hang up in my wardrobe - item itself is OK but as I placed on coathanger I noticed a faint brown mark on the front of the top of my white tracksuit - almost like makeup? Very faint as if someone has tried to clean it off! My black track suit seems ok (although being black unlikely any stains would show up!). Have attached photos which hopefully show the mark. It's a shame because the item is as described:-( Tried doing a review directly but amazingly wouldn't comply!

Sizing is ridiculous. Used sizing guide provided when ordering - checking size of each article I ordered - some using the guide were M, L, XL for my bust measurement. Received the order - nothing fits. I've spent $313.12 AUD on rubbish. Apart from the lack of fit, the material is awful (non breathable polyester - so hot) and feels cheap. The clothing doesn't even look like it does on the website. Can't find out how to contact customer service by email to chat about it. Will never shop there again.

I bout and pair of jeans and a pair of boots recently. Neither item was anywhere near that which was advertised. Look at the attached image. It's mostly junk. I won't even bother trying them on.

I bought some solar lights and they lasted 6 months before failing. Out of 12 lights 8 failed within a week of hitting the six month mark. Save your money.

If you order a dress or any clothing they will not allow you to return it. They told me it was one of a kind made specialy for me so they cant take it back. It was not specified that i cannot return it. Beware you buy it you keep it. Good luck if you want to return it.

Absolute shame that I placed an order on June 10,2023 and its already July 15 and I have not received my order of 1 painting. They promised me delivery in 3 - 5 working days and today its a month and a half with zero response from them. All they have to say is that they will check with their local courier and revert. Their local courier company is non existent as I have tried calling and emailing them several times with zero response!

I was extremely disappointed with the purchase that I made.
After searching and believing this company had beautiful clothing, I ordered a long sleeved blue and white top.
My purchase arrived quickly and when I opened the package I was so disappointed.
It was poorly made from a cheap polyester and the blue was a much faded version of what I had seen online.
The top has a criss-cross feature at the front and it was very poorly constructed, with bits and pieces of threads hanging off which hadn't been trimmed.
It does not sit neatly.
As a seamstress I was appalled 😳.
I had paid $47 Australian dollars for this rag. It must have cost them $3 to make.
When I looked at the returns policy it was very detailed and almost incomprehensible. I was unable to return it.
To sum up, I believe the photographic images have been heavily photoshopped.
Even at a glance, the models are very "tanned" and colourful and all the clothing has had colours enhanced. The colours are not 'real'. They are fake.
It is a fake website. Don't believe what you see.

Clothing received from this company is at least 4 sizes smaller than normal sizing and not even close to fitting, and looks nothing like site pictures. Customer service tries to get you to keep the goods and on sell them rather than return them, or tries to force you to pay for very expensive returns of incorrect sent sized products which it seems like is their intention. Worse online shopping experience ever.

The arms which hold the phone are not adjustable and IPhone therefore will not fit. This item is pure junk. Return policy does not cover shipping. I am stuck with this worthless thing.

Ordered chair covers for dining room chairs, paid £30 for 3 plus £9.50 delivery. Supposed to be velvet, they arrived after 3 weeks and where a flimsy stretch material. They didn't fit and looked awful. I decided to return them. The cost to return to China as they instructed was over £21 and that didn't include the packaging cost. You can say they don't accept returns as it is hardly worth going to the trouble. They do have a depot in the UK but do not allow you to return goods there Buyer beware no returns

I purchased $115.00 of clothing fron lightintheboxlimited 6+items, 4 were totally the wrong size, adult sizes ordered maybe would have fit a 10 year old. I paid $39.00 for a nice looking cargo shorts they advertised but I received a cheap pair they sell for less than $10 dollars on their site. I wasn't even able to make any reliable contact with customer service, spent hours trying before I finally gave up. Very very disappointed!

I ordered two swimsuits using their size guide they were far to small wanted to return. It was virtually impossible even though I followed instructions. Ended up writing negative feedback received an email to follow link to customer services. I clicked on the link it then said my search returned no results. Absolute wind up left with two useless swimsuits and cannot return. Be warned.

Recently ordered and paid for 2 different Henley long sleeve shirts, $50.00 each, and received 1 that I ordered and! Other not ordered that has short sleeves. LITB wants me to buy the one I dont want and I,m not sure happens to the one they owe me. Think twice before using this outfit, they are hit and miss, I'd look at an alternate supplier
