I received scrap material in place of kurti I ordered for. I was following up customer care more than a month, first they're not responding on time, and second they're careless for giving a reply. After so many follow up and i did how they said, still at end I got reply as weight of parcel was same during packing to till delivered stage. Means like scrap material has no weight in packet. It's very disgusting and i lost Rs 709. Please dont trapped by Limeroad. It's not a trustworthy site. N i am now very careful. Please open the packet in front of delivery boy itself. Else it will be very difficult to get your money back.

I have taken one dress in the month of march where in i wanted to return... because of covid they have stopped a services even ibhad been to native... now i have come back so wants to return
Inspite of the varied bad reviews and warnings about by the substandard products, I went ahead and ordered from limeroad since I have never been scamed before and was confident I would never be. I bought 6 items out of which only 4 were delivered to me all separately on separate days and with the delivery of the 4th product the app showed 3 items delivered though only 1 product was delivered, and the company claims all 6 were delivered, which is clearly false. Innumerable complaints (letters and calls)to the customer care were of no use. They keep replying that their investigations say products were delivered. So clearly limeroad is hand in hand in scamming people along with their delivery agent,, Who do not deliver the products yet click on delivered. And then company says products were delivered to ur doorstep! I have been scammed of 2 products- limeroad has to refund my 1800/- Rs.
So dont be fooled, better not to buy from limeroad as anyways their products are of cheap and of poor quality- returned back 3 of the 4 delivered. To me!

I ordered a grey dress but doesn't like the material so asked for return. They picked up the product within 24 hours but when it come to refunding the amount, its been 20 days and I am still waiting for the money.
I purchased a dress recently from Limeroad and it was gorgeous, I enjoyed shopping with them and will definitely order again soon.

I have order joggers. The product material is really awesome and nice. And the color is same as the pictures which I saw on the site. The services are also good.
