They will charge you 35% of the items RRP for restocking (putting a thin layer of plastic around the earphone box) even if you open it briefly to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing (they even recommend taking a video of this proces, but it makes no difference). They will charge you for items returned in perfect condition. They have a severe lack of trust in the customer. You have to pay for the return and 'restocking', you are liable for damaged/missing items, you are a fool to buy from this company.

Unless you live in China, avoid.
