“Conflicts of interest”

TO the main dining room staff: Since i am no longer a dishwasher in the dining service department, I will use my 1st amendment right on FACTS strictly on that department. This is not to discourage families from registering love ones here because it is not fundamentally flawed. It's most of the morning servers(names starting with L, Ast, Ash, R) and not management that is running it. Breaching the productivity of the dishroom workers to help them no matter how well staffed they are; pour beverages and collect after each meal which is also cross contamination. Because they have to sweep, mop and collect trash. They loosely say thank you for our help but their gratitude is not needed because i did it for the residents and not them. Leaving the dishwasher alone to fend off not only the main kitchen pots pans and dishes but also cafe department. Expecting us to get done in a timely manner when periods of time is mandatory for dishes to dry out properly and avoid water nesting. Thus also leaving no time to make for detail cleaning and organizing except for around break time and overtime. Which i still got done but they can't make time to rinse metal food cans to prevent gnats; in a unionized workplace they be on their case like gnats! Instead of compassion and understanding of hardship, theres constant questioning, hassling, harassing and slandering by server, certain cooks(names starting with K) and management. I already did my part of complaining to superiors but got my intelligence insulted with the "seniority card" and to forget about it! Well when me and apparently 2 other workers sustain minor injuries as sprained wrist, heart problem and nerve damage for our work, we are proof of busting our "it". Our reward is leave of absence then shown the door while the slackers i mentioned getting recognition awards! Well here is my recognition award to you. Their poor excuse of a response to this post is better than ignore! Right?
