I've booked any tour package for the first time with Lock Your Trip. It was nice experience. Everything was pre planned by the agency. I did not need anything to worry about. But the only thing which I did not like was the first day, where everything was hectic. I would suggest there should be one leisure day. Rest was awesome. I loved this experience. Thanks to Mr. Pankaj who was the trip advisor of this trip to me.

First of all, when we were on the way from Delhi to Manali, the bus seat was not comfortable and we are not able to sleep & not comfortable for long-distance journey also, People did vomit in the bus because the bus was not good, Secondly, as per the commitment *******@Kamakshi, She booked three balcony rooms for us but the Hotel staff provided rooms without a balcony because they said she had not booked balcony rooms for us once I informed her she said they will change but this also has not happened, Thirdly as per the commitment by Kamakshi, one candle night dinner will be arranged for us but here also her commitment was failed, When I request her to change my return (Manali to Delhi) bus because we faced too many issues on the last bus she said don't worry we'll change it, After requesting too many times she arrange a bus which was in very poor condition, Here are a few lists of the issues we faced with that bus * Non-serviced bus * Too much noise was coming while running * Seat was also not comfortable for seating & sleeping, * Seat recliner was also not working * Front seat coming on the back passenger * Bus conductor's behavior was also rude * coordination issue with your team & bus agents ( the bus conductor was asking more than the amount to pay according to my rest balance) With a very sad heart, I want to inform you it was my first and last trip from your side.
