Lonesome Valley

We were a party of four celebrating a Birthday. Everything was very nice except the entree of beef. There were three of us who ordered the beef entree and all three of us agreed that we could only eat a small portion because the meat was so chewy. The manager and Chef Adam came to the table to say they were sorry and offered us another entree, however everyone had finished eating. No thought was given to not charging for the chewy meat. We did not ask but most good resturante will comp a meal when it is not up to their standards. It is a beautiful place but i think they have become too focused on the ambiance and not the food.
