I'm a Longhorn at heart, having graduated from the University of Texas years ago. We Longhorns are crazy devoted to our school and teams - it doesn't hurt that we perform pretty well across many sports. As a way to indoctrinate my family, I make sure there's a decent amount of burnt orange in the house - apparel, pillows, cups, etc. Longhorns Ltd. offers up a pretty good selection of items - the clearance things aren't usually the best, of course, but sometimes you can find a gem.
In January, I mistakenly ordered several identical jerseys from this company. I tried to change the order when I discovered the mistake, but they would not let me. The order was delivered in just a few days. I accessed their home website and located their "return policy". It states that, "if for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase and associated tax, return within sixty days of receipt" for refund. I returned the items VIA UPS on January 22,2011. The only communication that I have had with the company is a notification that these were customized items, and could not be returned. Every one of the returned items were stock items, and I can prove it. Meanwhile, I am out over $ 400.00 and do not have the item that I wanted. Please help. Thank you, Don Martin
