I recieved great customer service regarding a recent issue with an order. It only took them 12 hours to reach out for resoloution. This site has become a 'go to' for my circle. Shipping is surprisingly quick and these are products difficult/ impossible to find in US
It is my second review in this month, by the chance i decided to check expiration date of the cream and I found out it was produced in 2014! Guys, 2014! Sealed cream you can keep up to 3 years so mine expired in 2017... i texted them and provided photo with a batch code their respond was non sense --- "On the back of your products, you will see a small jar symbol with a number inside - this indicates that the stock will expire on this date from the date it is opened as these products are sealed to be used from the day the seal has been opened."----- I requested them the production date of that cream - they couldn't provide, how its possible if they have to follow up with expirations dates of their products?! One more cheat from LOOKFANTASTIC...

I am still waiting for the refund of an order never received since April 2nd and customer service always finds a good excuse to each claim.
My order is n°*******... never received!
