Here is the problem they make you buy credits which seem pretty cheap, but it is a way for them to keep charging your credit card, so you don't keep track of the expense. If you buy the larger amount, they give you the credits cheaper. $199 for a1000 credits, which comes out to about $0.20 a credit. As the gentlemen Rafael's review said that the girls must get a portion of the proceeds, because they will start sending you all kinds of videos and letters and pictures for you to view. So, to view each picture is 10 credits =$2, each letter is 10 credits =$2, and each video is 50 credits= $10. The girls to get you hooked they start sending explicit videos, pictures, and provocative letters. The whole time telling you how much they love you and how they want to come live with you! I had to stop viewing videos because it was costing me way too much and most of the videos don't show their face, so I don't believe it was even them making it. You have to spend 5000 credits and spend 15 days talking to the girl before you can get their contact information. So that is $1000 plus you have to pay 500 credits=$100 to request for their contact information. But first you have to fill out their form and they review it which takes about a week, before the girl can approve it. After I did all that and I got her email, she then kept having me go back to the site where I again started paying tons more money for letters and videos and pictures. I was crazy about this girl until I looked at my credit card bill and saw in less than two months, I had charged $23,000. I explained that to her, yet she kept trying to get me to view pictures and videos on the website whereas email was free. Oh, and she gave me some story about not using what'sapp Too, just like the other gentleman said in his review. Also, as I spent more money, I started getting all kinds of girls wanting to talk to me even though I am 62, I had a 21-year-old wanting to talk to me. Common I am not a pervert! My youngest son is 26. I know I had the filter on from 45 to 62. What the heck! Like I said the more you spend then they all want to get a piece of the pie! Oh, when I didn't watch their videos then they would give me grief for not watching it, even though I explained they maxed out my credit card. They do have a lot of beautiful girls, but I think a lot of them make a partial living off of this site. And they are always on all times of the day. I kept asking them when they slept, because Ukraine is 7 hours ahead of the states. I do believe they had more than one-person manning a profile. One time her English would be perfect another time it would be somewhat broken. I guess a lot of them use translators. It seemed a little fishy to me.

This site is a fraud. I do have a lot of money and was able to talk to a lot of the girls, money was no concern for me, I had read this review and by the third day I had serious doubts about the site but was curious how fraudulent it was and how far the girls would go. I share this story, so you know it is a very big fraud! I did spend two months here, just trying to find out how fraudulent the site was and how it works, trying to course the ladies to tell me the truth. I'm in my fifties so having these beautiful women aged 19 - 60 profess their love, especially a girl in their twenties and that they want to marry you is ridiculous. But knowing its potential fraud, could I prove it, it was a challenge so even though I am still very good looking and fit and have a lot of money, which gave me the advantage to use it in my favor for this endeavor.
I created two profiles, with my high knowledge in systems I could fake the website by hacking the location of my devices, so they believe I was in two different cities. So, I created one that was in the Americas and one that was in Europe. Just so you know, I hacked my location by putting myself in Ukraine, the website would not let me even access it, which means they don't want Ukrainian men in the site. I did this to find out if Ukrainian men had preferential pricing specially because of the war, but they actually don't want them. I also hacked my phone's GPS to put myself in Kiev, and the site would NOT let me access the accounts I had already created if it detected I was in Ukraine (90% of the women are from Ukraine or supposably living outside Ukraine but Ukrainian). There security is very poor, they are just checking IP numbers so with a VPN service you can do this very easily. First the girls, do not work for the site as the sites documents specifically states that the girls are not employees of the site. This is true, but they do have contracts with the modelling agency that takes their picture, as you can see the pictures are all from agencies, that should be your red flag and they are filtered to eliminate wrinkles and improve looks. The site may have contracts with the agencies, so indirectly the women do but not legally. I believe the agencies pays them to chat and they get a percentage of what you spend on them, that is why you receive so many messages, they don't care about your age or who you are. That is why they want you to watch videos and to receive and send letters. The more you talk to them the more they make. They want to hook you and they will use their beauty, they will use words, like I haven't met a man like you, you are my dream man, I want to marry you, I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and specially I want to meet you. I want to meet you is key, because you need to spend US$1000 dollars just to be able to get her contact details, but once you do, they won't give it to you. The first thing they will tell you if you asked them if they are getting paid is to deny it and they will tell you that they pay the same as you, this is the first lie, and one that needed to be uncovered. Most of the ladies are in dire financial situations and you can find out if you talk long enough with them, making maybe USD 500 dollars a month, which puts them in a precarious position just to sustain themselves, which is the reason why they are in the site. Can you imagine if you make $500 dollars a month and you had to pay for the number of letters, videos and pictures they are sending they would be spending 3x as their monthly income. I am knowledgeable of the Ukrainian language so I would google in Ukrainian all the information I needed and confirmed what would be an average salary for a given profession, so they could NOT be paying for sending messages and letters and videos.

Just compare this price to Tinder, its highest subscription, Tinder Platinum is $10 dollars a month, that's $120 dollars a year. Let me state this clearly, US$1000 is for a single lady contact information in LoveforHeart, you want two contacts you need to spend US2,000. One single contact information is 10 years' worth of Tinder's Platinum subscription.

Many women here want to leave Ukraine and find a man that will support them financially. Remember the US and Europe will grant refugee status with working visas for up to three years to any Ukrainian if they can be financially supported by a citizen of the US or Europe, but you need to be financially wealthy and handsome at the same time, they are very picky at the end, although they won't seem so until you request the contact details. One women even admitted to me when she became jealous that I was talking not just to her, she said "block them they only want your visa and will dump you three months after they arrive at you city. I have heard many do this". Remember that I had created two profiles... so one lady tells one of my profiles in the Americas that she would going to my city at the end of the month and that she wanted to be with me." That same lady, without knowing the connection between the two profiles, says the same thing to my other profile in Europe the same day with a difference of minutes… she was defiantly trying to hook somebody, but she didn't care where, whom or in what continent. It's an easy ploy to get you to spend the $1000 dollars for her contact information because of this imaginary trip where she will fly to you in two weeks… but you can wait for eternity she will never arrive, and you will be out $1000 dollars.
With one girl I finally got her to say that when we started discussing the cost of the messages, "I know men pay for this site, but I did not know it was that much." I had inflated the prices a lot, prices that are already extremely high, to see how she would react, but with this she confirmed to me they don't pay anything and maybe are receiving money.
I had the proof that I needed, took the required picture of the chat, and proceeded with my second goal, how tied are they to the site. The women are very well trained by the site to deal with men trying to send them their email or phone numbers through chat and they have a support/tech number that they can call and will get a very rapid response from them, they will try to deny receiving it in chat. The site does NOT block any emails or phone numbers through text boxes, it's the trained women who will send you a picture that says, "Adult content" with a big yield sign with an exclamation mark it the middle and say, "that information was blocked by the site". She received it but doesn't want it because that would mean talking outside of the site, no income, so she needs to send you that picture, so you believe she didn't receive it and that she had nothing to do with it (otherwise you would start questioning her love). Doesn't matter how clever you are in hiding your email she will send that picture to you!
So, this became my new goal, to prove she had received it without her knowing that she would give me that information. I had created and email something like this *******@city.com, (not the actual email). And after changing the subject for some time I said, you want to play a game. She would response yes, I would continue saying "I want to ask you a few questions" and she would gladly say yes. What are the first three letters of the English alphabet and write them alone in English not Ukrainian. And of course, I would get the response from her "abc". Then I proceeded to ask, have you been to this city in Ukraine, it didn't matter the response. I proceeded to ask how you write it in English, and she would write it back. And then I would say with the answers from those two questions which you have written, that's my email *******@city.com and I know you have received it because you have texted it back to me. Depending on the girl you would get two reactions and I tried this with a few girls. The first reaction some get mad and start questioning your love for her, as if you were at fault, some go as far as logging off for a while and then come back asking forgiveness for their reactions. If she loves you and want to communicate with you outside of the site, why would she get mad at you, you just circumvented the supposably security of the site, no harm to her, and a benefit to you as a couple, unless she is part of the site. Yes, you have tricked her in receiving an email she didn't want to receive but she can't admit to that. I would stay away from these girls, they are usually the ones that make a lot of money from the site, they are ambitious, young, pretty, and hungry for money with an uncanny style to manipulate men in thinking anything.
The second reaction is a response with calmness and honesty, they will say "I have received your email, but I cannot use it", when you ask why, they respond "this site has rules which you know and If I break them, I may get into trouble". I received this type of response from three ladies, which based on there honesty I kept chatting, the rest I would block (you can block ladies so they can't send you messages anymore). How does one come back from that honesty? I had to continue my quest and see if I could get the contact information. I continue talking to them and might have conquered a few to love me, but even with this love they were adamantly faithful to the site, there was no fact, reason or affirmation that would make them send an email to me. The loyalty was so high for the site that at one point I thought the Russian mafia might be involved and harm could come to them if they did send an email or was it the possibility of them losing their income. I could not wrap around my head a good reason for such faithfulness and loyalty to the site, it was mind blowing but money could be the final culprit.
As I continue my journey through this adventure of mischievous treachery and deception, I started to get noticed I had become VIP status. It seemed that ladies know how much you are spending and how long you have been at the site. They wanted in on the guy that was handing out free checks. The longer I stayed, the more new messages I got from ladies that had initially texted me but I never answered that would keep piling up as if they wanted a relentless pay attention to me doesn't matter if I don't know you. Ten and twenty messages would stack up, I could not handle such volume, and decided to start blocking every lady under 30, without reading the message or looking at her profile. I would bock 15 to twenty ladies every day. Anybody under 30 got blocked. But 15 or 20 new ladies would pop-up again the next day. Great for my ego. But really this is just deception at is maximum and the FBI has crime for it, it's called "Romance Fraud". This is a really big red flag how could they be sending that number of messages without a single picture of me and without me writing a single word! The letters the same, 10 or more letters form ladies that included picture and videos which I had not crossed a word with them, all wanting to start a conversation to get to know me, lovely and marvelous scenario to be but unreal and treachery at its best. Some to the point of professing love to a person they had not seen or texted with. I had no pictures in my profile. I could be as ugly as hell, but they didn't care. They were here for the money.
At this point I concentrated on one lady to see if I followed all the rules of the site, I would finally get the contact information. After two more weeks I achieved my goal and filled the two requirements of the site to request contact information, spent $1,000 on a single lady and spent at least 15 days talking to her. To my astonishment it did not end there, the site requires you to fill a contact form with all your data, sign that you are not in any sexual offender's website and give a copy of your passport, they call this the IMBRA approval process (some Ukrainian language about a legal requirement). Yes, I thought to myself, great they are protecting the women from sex offenders, that sound promising! I thought to myself it will be a few more days but I was wrong they took a whole month. During that period, the lady would insist for me to wait, I insisted she send me an email to get her contact information. I told her that I had abided by the rules, spent the money, spent the time. She professed deep love for me and that she wished to marry me. And I started to doubt every word she said because they were not backed up by any true actions. She wanted me to keep spending at the same rate. I started to refuse, so by the end of the month with the IMBRA I had already spend on her US2,500 and I request her contact information and she denies it. What excuse that she uses, she is afraid that my commitment will not last, she has fears that when we actually meet, I would not like her physically… you name the fear, and she would put it out there. What did she want to do? She wanted to continue talking on this site and me paying more and more… that is when I called it quits. She gave me stupid excuses for not using WhatsApp or Viber, like if they could be hacked by the Russians, that the developers were known to give out information about the chats to the Russians and I would say, really what you think I am stupid (actually I am for doing this expensive experiment). I have one more interesting story to long for this post here, that will blow your mind, but it will be some other day. Just stay away from this site! Its enticing and these girls have an art of manipulation to the extreme! Because the girls and the site are in it together, the FBI can define it as a Criminal Organization organized to defraud men through Romance Fraud. Oh, if you tell her this... she will respond, "that's not true, a friend of mine found true love here and is married with a guy in Canada" or some variation of this line.
