I have a new clothing business that I started and was introduced to thlis company, which was one of my worst business deals thus far. First of all it took over a month from I ordered.my items for them to reach the United States. When I finally got them in my hands because they had to again be shipped from the US to one of the islands, I was appalled by the garbage I was sent. I know crop tops are short but those tops seemed like they couldn't even fit children. Secondly the materials were atrocious. In fact my son said to me that one of the sweat suits felt like foam. The construction of the garments was another' gross thing to speak about. Bought some tie and dye short sets and you could see the thread popping through the seams of the shorts even without putting them on. The sleeves of the items fit very awful and the worst part of it is just as another client stated, when you communicate with them at the company they try to use underhanded tactics to explain the faults away. The representative that I dealt with even went as far as to tell me that I should try to sell them and I will get 10% on my next order. I would not even donate those with my brand's name to show you how gross those things were. I will review them on every platform until they address the situation. I am reviewing from Google and did not find my invoice and blot out the important information before I tried to do this review which is why I haven't included the invoice to show that this is a review for an actual purchase. I may upload that later.

I recently ordered a two-piece item that was listed as one price. I received only the tops for the item once the shipment finally arrived. First of all, the shipment was delayed and there was no communication with me about it until I kept reaching out to find out if there was an issue. Secondly, when I inquired about the bottoms for the two piece outfits, I was told that they are sold separately. I sent a screenshot of the website, showing that the item is listed as a two-piece with one price. Instead of honoring the price, they changed the website and added the bottom as a separate price and refused to honor the initial price. The Customer Service Representative even tried to unscrupulously convince me that the items have always been priced separately, even though I have my original invoice and screenshot showing the one price for the two-pieces. Beware, this company does not have good customer service, is dishonest, and does not value its customers!

Ordered 2 waist trainer one is still in the package and the other one ripped after wearing it three times... ripped on the left side and the right side... I will never order from them again

Products are good but I hate the ordering process. It takes too long to process a small order, the payment process sucks and AFTER ordering you find out days later that they don't have certain items in stock.

Everything is exactly as shown and described. Only issue I have is it could be just an inch or 2 longer to be full instead of short. But works great so far
