Was simple and easy, gave great ideas for outfits. Very cost effective and take your budget into account.
The advertisements are misleading, the "stylist" session looks like randomly generated outfits out of a magazine, the outfits provided do not fit the survey I submitted or results I was seeking. I spent money to only be able to message with someone via chat. I thought it was going to be a 1:1 stylist video call so they could physically see me and understand my style as an individual. I spent money for no reason at all and got nothing out of it. It was a complete waste of time and money. 0 stars.

I did not like the stylist picks. I thought that was the end of it. I had paid my introductory fee to have a style done. I did not like it and it took so long I logged out and forgot about it. Fast forward a week or so and I get charged $49.99. I go to try and get my money back and I am told they do not refund due to personal reasons. I am now unsubscribed but it cost me. Don't even look in their directions. There are much better ways to get your shopping fix.

I never tried a styling ap prior to this and in the end of our session together, Jennie and I, came up with a cute outfit id wear together that was a bit more mature than my usual dressing style. This is what I had asked for. It took a little while but she really tried and as time goes on we will be more in sync.
They ask a bunch of questions. I got tons of pics to help with a decision and love using them when I'm in a rut.
I like the idea of this, but I guess I was expecting more than a stitch fix kind of layout where I picked the style I liked—but paid someone else to show me the pictures. It didn't seem really personalized like I thought it would be.

My first session took forever because stylist was working with other clients at same time. We got disconnected, and I was unable to reschedule. When I emailed support received email they were reviewing case and never heard from them until I requested my money back. Finally heard from them stating they cancelled my subscription and was not refunding my payment. Buyer beware
I came across this website & thought it would be perfect for my confidence. It is a complete scam!

When you pay the $0.99 trial fee you get absolutely nothing from it, and then there are hidden fees buried in the terms of service. You will get nothing from customer service.
It isn't possible to cancel The membership. Lumi takes my Money constantly. If I sign in, I have to renew The payment. Awful. They get 31€ constantly.

The stylist was very helpful and the clothing choices were stylish. It was easy to schedule and I look forward to the next session.
I signed up for Lumi services through TailoredBox, but immediately I am unable to access anything, I can't even update my password. At this point, they have lost my trust. So, I have emailed them in regards to a refund and cancellation since their services are unusable and requested a refund. They sent an automated email advising that there is no account with my email address. I proceeded to send an email with a picture of the emails that I am receiving from their company. They still insist that there is no account with that email even though I am receiving emails from them. This is awful service and now I will have to go to my bank to ensure that they are not able to access my account and get a refund.
Update: I have received my requested cancellation and refund. Thank you Lumi

If you can't even access anything I don't want to know about anything further with a company. The government is the only one who can force me to deal with its inept websites because I have to.

This app charged me 16 different times for hundreds of dollars before I could even set up a profile. I was not refunded any of it because it is buried in the terms of use.

I later found many online reviews citing this app as a scam. I should have looked first before becoming another victim.
