Excellent company, and fantastic service. They were helpful and kind. When I communicated my problem of the shipping pallet, the rep suggested to have the delivery refused for a full refund. They managed the return, issued the refund, and kept their word.
I placed an order with Majorpool supplies (MPS). I chose this business over others (where items were cheaper) because they offered a shipment via USPS which is more reliable when it comes to delivery in France. To my surprise, the order was shipped by FedEx. I then asked for the shipment to be stopped and shipped by USPS. Major Pool Supplied refused to consider my demand asking for a refund of the shipping fees pretending they did this to please me. I did not require a shipment by FeDex or else I would have ordered from one of the cheaper businesses. I was in no rush either to receive my order and I wanted it to be shipped by USPS. I paid 62.40$ for a shipment by USPS and Major Pool Supplies chose a cheaper carrier. I order frequently in the US and I know that USPS is far more expensive than DHL or FedEx. I claimed the shipping fees back. The seller would not even consider my claim, arguing they had done it to please me even they never asked me if it was alright to change the carrier. I alos asked for a senior discount (as I am over 55) but never got a glimpse of reply on this matter. I would therefore advise to stay clear of this seller.

The owner of this company is the same guy that owns (or owned) Bedrock Pools. He is a thief! He steals from his customers and other businesses. We were hired to ship pool supplies he bought from a close-out warehouse, but Greg decided he didn't need to pay for the shipment. He did think it was okay to impersonate our company and charge the $3800 charge to our account though. Read the reviews on Bedrock Pools and you will see that Greg has stolen thousands of dollars from people, he has even been accused of selling used equipment as new. Don't buy from this guy, a man like this doesn't deserve to be in business.
