Usually people write negative reviews on those type of sites, but i wanted to share a positive feedback. Ordered Zippo lighters for my brothers as a gifts and received welcome call from CS about my order. I was advised that one of the item was out of stock and they would gladly offer another lighter as replacement.
Order came in in 4 days as promised. GREAT website & LIVE people in Customer Service. Thank You!
