I had the worst experience ever with these people. They can not be trusted at all. Just because their service is "affordable" doesn't mean they will represent you properly. There's a reason why their lack of services is so inexpensive. Do yourself a favor and find help from a firm that cares and will stand by you like a lawyer should. Their staff is super rude to say the least. RUN while you can!

I contacted marble law out of anger to get a divorce. They said all the right things and so I obtained $6000 in financing through them. It's supposed to cover everything, from the consultation to mediation. I had 1 phone call with the lawyer, then decided to not proceed with filing the divorce. I cancelled services. I then get an email that states that I will only owe $4500. I wrote back and said that I only had a phone call and they responded basically with, "too bad." So now I'm on the hook for a $4500 phone call. Ridiculous!

I spoke to the intake person and they would not represent me because my case was not valuable enough for them so they said I'm sorry I guess the reason why the other person didn't call you that was supposed to because we can't represent you I said oh, because my case is not enough money for your lawyers. The team at Marble Law Firm is seriously amazing. They helped us out during a really tough divorce and were total pros the entire time. Plus, they were super nice and understanding the whole way through. They explained everything in a way that we could actually understand, which was such a relief. And they didn't just disappear after our case was settled. They were there for us whenever we needed them, no matter how small the issue was. Upon seeing this review I can state that anyone who is experiencing these same problems with this law firm (excessive fees hidden fees nefarious and predatory business practices for next to no representation) they contact their local bar association. My lawyer (Samuel Q Pittman) would not address my issues in court I was promised a contested guardian petition severance and adoption of my special needs nephew. I was being charged close to 14,000 dollars to which he submitted a dependency petition making it so we required the state to determine everything. When I became suspicious of their business practices was when I spoke to another lawyer who confirmed he set me up for a long case and he shouldn't be charging me for anything because he handed the case to child safety. I contacted the bar association after a series of emails came in after I requested a clear break down of the services I was paying for because over half of my case costs were for the guardianship petition he never filed. I never received a clear break down but did receive an internal email for my supposed price adjustments that I wasn't supposed to receive stating that they needed to find other services they could offer me to make up the difference for what I had paid them and continue to have me making payments. When I responded I was contacted directly by one of the office supervisors (Michael albee) in which he was rude repeatedly interrupted me intentionally shut me down about my concerns was dismissive and finally hung up on me when I cornered him with proof of their predatory business practices. Needless to say because of them I am still in court 2 years later I contacted the Arizona bar association to which they mounted an investigation and I was finally refunded by marble with the request to remove my complaint with the bar association. A week later bar association contacted me back to confirm the refund and to inform me there were at least 6 cases in which they did this to low income families some of which ended horribly! If you are experiencing this issue please contact your states bar association and request it be looked into…. It may not fix your case but at the very least you can try to get your money back and make sure they are reported so they can't do this to anyone else!
Condolences for anyone who was burned by this company but I urge you to report it because knowledge is power and you have the power to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

I really enjoyed working with Marble. My lawyer was professional and had excellent communication.In meetings, she was always present and made sure to address all my concerns or questions. In addition to providing very good advice, she detailed all the options available. Everything went smoothly and I had no complications.

I paid over 8000 for an attorney to represent me my attorney did not finish my case at all they only completed one phone hearing! We have trial coming up but as soon as I paid off the money because they charge a flat rate they dropped me the next month saying the attorney quit and they couldn't get anyone else. But the attorney told me she was still working for them that they dropped me. They only gave me half the money back and they didn't even do anything! This place is a scam! They charge a flat rate so they can drop you and keep half the money without doing the work. If your case isn't going to be finished quickly and your payments will be paid off before your case is over then beware because as soon as they aren't going to get anymore money from you they drop your case with no warning! You screwed over the wrong mother! I have already turned them into the BBB! And I won't stop until I receive a full refund or my case is finished correctly! I would never choose this place if you have a case that's important to you! I was in a hurry to find a lawyer and didn't have time to do my research I wish I would have.

A Nightmare of Inefficiency and Delay - Avoid Marble Law Firm!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Marble Law Firm recently, and I must say that it was nothing short of a complete disaster. If I could give them zero stars, I would. From start to finish, their lack of responsiveness and snail-paced legal proceedings were beyond infuriating.

First and foremost, their so-called "customer service" is an absolute joke. It took a whopping 72 hours for them to even bother getting back to me regarding my legal concerns. In a world where timely communication is essential, Marble Law Firm seems to be living in the Stone Age. I had to chase them down multiple times, leaving voicemails and sending countless emails, only to receive generic and unhelpful responses days later.

But the agony didn't stop there. When it finally came time to address my legal matters, the pace at which Marble Law Firm operated was reminiscent of a sloth on a leisurely stroll. The wheels of justice turned so slowly that I found myself constantly wondering if any progress was being made at all. It was as if my case was at the bottom of their priority list, gathering dust while more pressing matters took precedence.

What's even more infuriating is that the firm's lackadaisical attitude seemed to extend to the actual legal work as well. Documents were filled with errors and oversights that I had to repeatedly point out and ask for corrections. It was as if they were more interested in wasting time than in providing competent legal assistance.

The saddest part is that my experience with Marble Law Firm is not an isolated incident. A quick search online reveals numerous others who have faced similar frustrations with their glacial pace and lack of professionalism. It's clear that this is a pattern of behavior for them, and it's utterly unacceptable.

This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional law firm. Dealing with their customer service is the most challenging part. With the lack of communication with attorneys and paralegals and the bare minimum of help from customer service, take your money elsewhere. You will wait 1-3 business days for any concern, then never receive a call. Then when you call back, it's another 1-3 business days, and the circle repeats. I constantly call about the same issues and get the same cookie-cutter answer. No supervisor can help, and customer service is the only number not to receive help. It may be affordable, but you get what you pay for. Take your money to a more professional firm because Marble Law is anything but professional. You already deal with many stressors needing legal help, but dealing with this company makes it 100 times worse. Why pay your good money to these people so that they can add to your headache?

I was in a crunch to hire a lawyer and I came across marble law and the affordability and how professional they act even though you make payments is amazing my lawyer came through short notice and even drove an hour to be there on my court date because she couldn't do it over the phone it felt amazing and I really do feel like they have my back.
