I received a pre-approved collateral secured personal loan offer for $15,000.00 from company Marrsby Loan Services. I did my secure collateral payments via CashApp for a total of $2,829.00 payable to 2 people (taneisha hudson aka $pookintan and Soniqua K aka $ShopBSleepWear) whom Marrsby Loan Services stated that these were 2 private investors/lenders that would be funding my $15,000.00 loan. I did NOT receive the loan nor a refund of any of MY cash collateral payments which= $2,829.00. All communication was via emails (I have over 700+ emails within a 45 day period and only spoke directly with someone maybe 2 times and that was because I was making threats to them). I questioned everything and they had an answer for everything...unfortunately after I made the first initial collateral payment in the amount of $810.00, I felt stuck desperate. I have filed a complaint against Marrsby Loan Services with the following entities: FTC, Attorney General Office-WA, CFPB, IC3 and BBB. I will NOT stop until I get my money back from these thieves.
