Mcfarlane toys suck. Horrible automated reply when you ask for the items you purchased. Everytime I asked about the items I pre-ordered 11Nov2021 I keep getting a reply asking if I wanted a refund. My son is not even interested on the stuff i bought since it take forever to get the items. I placed the order in Nov2021 and it's now 26 April 2022 and I still don't have the item. It was supposed to ship in March 2022. The sad part of this whole thing is the products I tried purchasing is sitting on the shelf at gamestop. These incompetent, unreliable, McFarlane toys don't prioritize their customers who pre order. They will ship the items to the store and will prioritize you last. What a total waste of time ordering from this company. Overall rating for these idiots is negative 5 stars.
