It's a scam, don't trust them guys, I ordered 2 test kit. And sent my samples. First of all they said they haven't received one of the sample, then they said they have but blood is cloted. They told me that they will parcel me another kit, but they didn't, After 2 days results came and I received a email, when I clicked the link it says you have to pay to view your reports. I am highly disappointed, don't trust them, it's a scam. Very bad experience.

I have been waiting 4 days for my Day 2 Covid Test results.
I sent my Day 5 Release Test yesterday and expect my results today so I could go to work tomorrow. That is the whole idea to pay for Release test. After contacting them today, their response was only that the test is in transit. They chose the way of delivery of tests therefore delivery delays are their responsibility!
After I mentioned that I do request a full refund due to failure to provide service they had advertised, I have not heard a word from them!

I have bought 4 HPV variant testing from urine and all of them came "NEGATIVE", which is an absolute absurd!

My wife is diagnosed with it, by having cervical test done in hospital from 2011 up to 2018 (at the moment NHS is not bothered with checking her anymore without any clear reason). My 7 years old son has his hand full of warts (around 10 smaller and bigger ones), which is the first sign of HPV (due to eczema, we cannot use any external gels, ointments on his skin). I have just sorted my warts with Bazooka gel about a month ago, however the virus is still in our bodies. There is only my little 5 years old daughter that does not have any symptoms at the moment, however my private doctor asked to carry out the tests for the all family members.

After receiving negative tests results I have requested the refund for poorly carried out testing, the company refused offering me another test to be carried out – in my opinion it only proves how unsure and unreliable their laboratory is, beside I would not believe in the new results whatsoever. When I have emailed them back about my son's warts they have replied to me this way: "… warts on the hands could be caused by HPV 1, 2, 4, 6 and 11. None of these is on our list of HPV." So, then I am asking – WHAT HAVE I PAID FOR OVER £160?! Please see all communication on the attached complain forms.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! Better spend some time browsing for some reliable laboratory. Sometime is better to spend couple more pounds and be sure that you can trust to the results.

Useless company, no communication at all. Sent multiple messages, emails, nobody replied, phone calls redirect to nowhere.

Don't buy anything from those thieves, they will sent fake tests and not only but they will refuse to refund you the money, I cancelled immediately after I read reviews to this day I am waiting for my refund, they need to be shut down!
