“BEWARE: No customer service or support after sale.”

Purchased a hospital bed for the home. Arrived a few weeks after purchase; Medmart outsources delivery, installation and all follow up service through other companies. Equipment gets drop shipped from manufacturer to delivery/ freight company. I mention this because it causes delays and provides another path for miscommunication and problems to occur. My bed finally arrived. I had to wait for the installation company, WSR Solutions, to send techs out to install the bed. Those techs were not familiar with the bed and arrived without anything to move a 250lb bed from garage to bedroom. Also, didn't provide the "white glove" service I paid for by not taking away the crate and debrie that bed came in. Although the bed seemed to work, after some initial problems, it was not operational by the following morning, when I discovered that it had moved by itself, overnight, into a trendelenberg position. Nothing worked. I called MedMart and was told to send a video showing them that the bed didn't work. I found that to be a waste of time and a little insulting. Then MedMart insisted on sending a tech, from WSR I agreed. Tech finally came out a couple of weeks later and was unable to fix the issue. He Spoke to the manufacturer and all they could do was to send another hand pendant. Again, a complete waste of time. I have called MedMart countless times. Each time I am given the same lame excuse that they are waiting for approval from the manufacturer. MedMart doesn't take any responsibility for me, as their customer. They have never returned a call or offered any solution. The bed is back in my garage. I purchased another bed from a different supplier and manufacturer, that actually works! The company delivered and installed the bed themselves. They have over 20 yrs experience and I'm very happy. Unfortunately, MedMart is still unwilling to take back the bed. Thank God my wife wasn't in it that first night, when it moved on its own. Do guesswork a favor and Stay away from MedMart and Lyncare beds. I called the manufacturer directly and all they could say was to deal with MedMart, as they sold me the bed. Yeah, OK...Right!
