After completing surveys with this company for years and sharing my personal data in exchange for incentive that was promised, they kicked me off their site without a warning or explanation. I was very close to $50 in rewards just before they suspended my account. How convenient for them. I should be allowed to appeal or at the very least be paid for the amount of data they collected from me especially since I've never banned before. They took a huge chunk of my data and I ended up with nothing in the end. I feel cheated. It should be deemed illegal - I only agreed to share my data with this company if incentive was given in return.
Would give zero stars if I could.
This rogue company has already denied my £50 for completing surveys and has refused to pay out on chat. They do not reply to emails or forms that are completed on line, I will be resigning and SUGGEST TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

It does take a couple of years to qualify for the free cash, but worth it. It says allow 4 weeks, i just had my 3rd cash payout, typically takes about ten days in my experience.
I wish no stars or minus stars option to be available.
They are thieves. They refuse to give me the 50 dollars reward claiming I am introducing my name wrong when I am retrieving the points.
I sent them 5 times my Emirates ID to show them how wrong they are and nothing!

The survey that I got stuck on did not expire. And the worst part is that they're asking how much my household makes in a year. That part is none of their business. Where is the Better Business Bureau when you need them?

Yes I've cashed out before with this company. Irritatingly, it was a 15k cashout and right before that point, they raised it to 25k. So I went ahead. Yes, eventually cashed out.
My problem with this company for at least a year has been LOGIN issues. I mean, I am back and forth, doing screenshots, everything possible to get this issue FIXED.
Most of their techies (they're outsourced to another country) are polite but this problem never stays fixed.
It's not my email, it's not anything I'm doing. I have zero problems logging into any other survey site... they need to fix this. They've lost me, though.
