First of all they don't give you all the items in the package as they will tell you that it's not a current promotion even though it's advertised on their website with no expiry date.
Once they have your email address so I continue to spam you emails I've unsubscribed five times and written emails to them twice and they still won't remove my email address.
Lastly the application is extremely clumsy and awkward to use it's really not a very good purchase.

Purchased a Micro Cade only 8 months ago and am having troubles connecting to the TV as No Signal is coming up on display. I sent in a message asking for help and explained all the steps I have tried before contacting them such as different HDMI ports, cords, power etc etc. I got a reply saying that they now use a different software to when I purchased mine only 8 months back and stopped getting replies after that. I wrote a very polite comment on the official Facebook page to try to get their attention saying I was still waiting for a reply to my warranty claim. My comment was deleted and was blocked from the page. It now feels that they are avoiding following basic Australia Consumer Law on wanting to process any form of warranty on their products.

What is sad is this is the 2nd Micro Cade I have purchased over the years making this one an upgrade to my previous one and have promoted their products to others sending people their way, but never again after this experience and knowing that warranties mean nothing. Avoid this company.

Horrible company - I waited years before purchasing as it was an expensive risk for a company that doesn't seem very legit. Should have trusted my gut instinct.

Console does NOT work as advertised. Says you can play on ANY windows 10 computer - NO specs given on website. Tried to use on my 1 year old laptop, most games crash and graphics terrible.

When I contacted them about the issue they then gave me all the specs I needed for my laptop for it to work. Refused to exchange to TV operated console or refund my money. Contacted fair trading and was advised they could not force a remedy from the company and I would need to seek legal advice. For $400 it was not worth my time, energy or money.

Their response to fair trade regarding my complaint - "We can't be responsible for the hardware that consumers run it in. It's like purchasing a DVD then trying to get it to work on a VHS player or using it on an old TV then complaining because the image in blurry".

WOULD BE GOOD TO MENTION THE SPECS WHEN ADVERTISING THEN WOULDN'T IT?!

Don't waste your money. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. How they're still operating is beyond me. I think they try and lay low online, minimising customer comments and interactions as I'm sure a lot of people have been scammed.

Highly recommend the plug and play game stick. So much on it for a really good price. Postage was fast. Purchasing was easy.
