AVOID LIKE PLAGUE, We booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance. On arrival they didnt have the vehicle we booked and we were told either take the lower model at the same price or go somewhere else. We had to take the vehicle due to a family celebration we were travelling to. The vehicle was basic and poor and not worth the money paid. Upon complaining minster car hire didnt want to know and in due course they debit our credit card from scratches on the vehicle which were already there. We have no reason the damage a vehicle.
