The ECM I ordered could not be installed. It would not be recognized by our analyser. We ended up re programming the original. You can have yours back if you want. I don't want a refund. I took the risk therefore its my mistake.

Received product promptly. Product was easy to install. The pre-programmed features worked perfectly allowing the control unit to work exactly as the OEM device. The new unit was truly "Plug-n-Play. Very satisfied with purchase.

I was fully satisfied with the prompt service. The sales person was very helpful.

I could not reset the "Service the Theft Deterrent System" error message. I asked for help. Mintt responded with a solution that did NOT work. So, I see this experience as a waste of time, effort and money.
They had the part that my old car needed.
Installed ecm but would not start. Called customer service and they told me the key needs programmed. That is not what was stated when purchased, said plug and play. Had to paid of key programming.

The PCM I received is described as "Plug&Play," but it also requires the dealer to program both key fobs. This turns a DIY job into an expensive trip to the dealer. Is there any way around this issue?

Was informed each time item was delayed. I received this survey 1 year after item was delivered. Almost didn't remember ordering.

Please be advised that your vehicle has PATS passive anti theft system, as per our listing we state that you need a Locksmith/ dealership to reprogram your keys and perform a key recycling.
