I rented a 25' storage container in August 2018 for my son on my property. Without my consent MobileMini began auto-paying this account from my card. To the point where I ended up having to cancel my card so my son could make his own payments. They bill every 28 days so your getting charged for 13 months in a year. On top of that they raise the rent $10 every year (their version of a year). The container was Guaranteed NOT to leak... but it did. They finally came out and plugged it, but made no offer to pay for damaged goods inside. I finally kicked my son out and told them to come get the container July 2021, They told me it was overdue 3 months on payments...(Ofcourse they still had it in my name) After telling them numerous times to put it in my sons name. So I had to pay the past due amounts and they immediately retrieved the container. Now Today, I have an email from them stating I owe ANOTHER $122 after they went over their books... a month and a half later? And I bet they already charged my card again without consent. BEWARE! This company is scandalous, I wouldnt use them again!
