I bought 2 cases a month ago and they haven't shipped yet. I was offered a partial refund and a free case 15 days ago for the delay, thank you for that! But... another 15 days have passed and nothing is being sent to me. Bad experience, I don't like to be teased. They just created a shipping label (pre-shipment) but never sent anything Tracking Number: LB*******US
I've order two other cases from Moody and was very pleased; however, my last order two months ago has not arrived. They do not answer emails and there's no phone number to call them. Customer is between a rock and a hard place with this company. Too bad, because I really liked the other cases I bought from them. No more!
I have contacted them numerous times via email. As there is no phone number. I never received a response from them. Never received my case. There is no tracking numbers when they said they shipped it. They have my money. Dont know what else to do. Poor customer service.
Previously ordered from them multiple times. Had no problems, product was great, products were shipped. The last time I ordered they took so long they offered my a free case which I accepted. Again order was received. This time, they've created a label but haven't shipped anything. Emailed them multiple times because it's been 20 days, yet no order received. No response. At this point my positive experiences are outweighed by the negative. Clearly they have some sort of issues that have steadily worsened in the last two years. They aren't responsive. Save yourself the headache. Even if you ordered in the past and had a positive experience, just do not order from this company. You won't get your order, they won't respond. You'll waste time by having to dispute the charge to get your money back. Stay away from Moodycase. I will no longer buy anything from them.

Their service and actually delivering their goods has been on a steady decline over the last two years. I used to love ordering from them. Now I would just say don’t bother. You’ll never get a response and never get your order. You get orders faster ordering from China and that should tell you something.

I've been waiting and re-writing them to get a refund on an order I returned in June 2020. No response yet. Over a year and nothing. Don't trust them!
This is the 2nd time I have not received a n order. There's no way to reach these people. They will not respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. Take your business elsewhere. The only way to get your money back is to dispute with your credit card company.

Do not waste your time with this inept company. I ordered a case, and it did not show up for weeks. I emailed their "so called" customer service for support. I NEVER received an answer regarding where the case was. I had my bank reverse the charge. Then the case showed up and the MORONS at Moodycase email and tell me to keep the case as their way of saying we are sorry for all of the inconvenience. Then weeks later they charge me anyway after forgiving the charge. IMBECILES run this company. Run, don't walk from Doodycase, as that is what they should change their name every to
If I could rate Moody Case a ZERO, I would. I ordered a case for my new iPhone on July 24,2022 and have yet to receive it, despite receiving 2 notices that it was sent.
I love my Moody Case…. It does an amazing job of protecting my phone. I have ordered 3 now!. I will definitely be back to Moody for my next new phone. The case shoes a great job of protecting my phone.
Let me start by saying that I have purchased 2 other cases from this company and they were perfect! They had a high gloss finish that I loved. When I purchased this one, I thought it would be the same, but it had a matte finish and just wasn't exactly what I wanted. I reached out to the company and they gave me a refund and even said they were sending me a different replacement case to apologize for the inconvenience. They make exceptional products. There have been times when the product was VERY slow to ship, but each time I emailed them, they were quick to ship another one out that arrived in a few days. Overall, I would still recommend them because their products are very high quality print…and their customer service towards me was great!
