I was waiting my parcel for long and was a bit worried and the lady chelsia has helped me through the email.
I satisfied what i orered. However, i think the tracking site has to be improve. It was hard to use or understand for non chinese speaker..

I have ordered twice from Moongor and was satisfied with them, they answer questions asked by email, the material is nice and the delivery (to France) took about 2 weeks.

Do not order from this site! I ordered well over one hundred dollars in merchandise and never received any of it. There is no customer service, as I have attempted to reach out by email and have heard nothing back. It's been over 3 months!

Compré un abrigo, me aceptaron el pago pero no recibí ningún correo confirmando la compra. Al cabo de un mes, vi en mi cuenta un abono por la misma cantidad. Volví a pedirlo, pensando tonta de mi, que habría habido algún problema con el pago. Me lo envían después de semanas, me lo cobran, pasan dos meses y me vuelven a cobrar el abrigo, envío mensajes sin respuesta. Varias semanas después recibo el mismo abrigo y ahora no hay manera de devolverlo. Me encuentro con dos abrigos iguales, sin estrenar, sin poder devolverlos y cuando consigo que me contesten me dicen que lo tengo que enviar y correr con los gastos (no existe ninguna dirección) y como está muy lejos, mejor me lo quede y me reembolsan 15$, pero será dentro de mucho tiempo porque tienen que hacer sus cuentas. 116 euros se han convertido en 15$

Moongor took my money and didn't provide my merchandise. I waiting for a few months since it appeared to be coming from overseas, which I did not know initially. I reached out sever times and no one responded to my requests.

I want to keep my excellent, quality afforably stylish clothing to myself.
They are well sized. Not too trendy.
They are age appropriate and simple versatile style

I love Moongor. I swore off these small unknown sites. Most have crummy quality, unusual sizing, and literally ship via a slow boat from China. Then when you try and return they make it difficult.

I'm sorry if moongor has been put in that category because they are definitely not the same. Really fun, funky clothes, nice fabrics, and they truly do get to you about a week from placing the order. I ordered eight items and kept all of them so I can't tell you about returns. I have another 12 items coming. That should tell you how happy I was with the first order.

This is a truly awful company. I ordered several items. Everything that I received from them was either wrong size or color or altogether a different item. And everything is of the lowest quality. It is impossible to return things to them because they are in China and shipping there is very expensive, especially because they demand tracking number. I lost money and I strongly recommend not to get involved with them.

Great quality and prompt service.
Bought last week and a arrived on my doorstep today.
Photos don't do the product justice as the item is so much better than I expected.
I will be back to purchase again

I've ordered from Moongor approximately 4 or 5 times and with each delivery, continue to be pleased with their fashionable clothing and shoes/booties. It will be wise to view their return policy so that you are fully aware of the expense to return an item as well as to appreciate the logic of customer service offering you an alternative to sending an item back to China for a refund. Also, when contacting customer service, take into consideration the difference in time zones. Responses are not always timely but usually professional and within a 24 hr period. Comparable clothing purchased in the US would be double the price. Btw, the shipping time has improved tremendously! Finally, I am a real customer, not a fraud and, I will continue to buy from Moongor. Note: I suggest sizing up for shoes.

Another shop for my "Never Again" list. The dress I bought should have never been allowed to leave the factory. Looks nothing like photos, instead of black/neutral fawn checks, The over all look is quite yellow (which does not quite come out in the photos)and buttons are hot pink. But worst is the stitching, which is lopsided and in the front there is piece of the fabric folded over and sewn through. It does not look that bad in photo in reality the fold sticks out; the dress is not wearable. The second picture is from the listing. Seller offered $10 refund. PP told me to send back and apply to be reimbursed for the postage to China.

I truly have to say thank you. As all things go in life you are always skeptical of products you purchase online. But Moongor is excellent. Not only their products but their customer service. This counts a lot and I will continue to purchase from them with confidence. I purchase a silk scarf. Straw bag and both were of excellent quality and already have my wish list for more scarves and other items.

I always shop online and so far I can confirm that Moongor has great customer service and great quality of cloth they sell. Their customer service team replies back within couple hours on any questions to them. The quality of the cloth is super great! The cloth is unique, stylish and comfortable. I am very happy to be a customer of Moongor and I recommend it to everybody!

This company is a scam. The items are poorly made, and once they arrive---good luck returning them. Although the items were shipped from here in the US, the company only allows returns to China. As they state in email response, the shipping to China is so expensive and they do not refund for the original shipping cost... so the customer might as well keep the item. They then off $15 as an incentive to keep at $70 item. Total scam.

I was very nervous because i've had mixed results from ordering goods directly from china. But i was very pleased with my order. Just as described and quality construction. Sizing runs small. Materials are quality. Thank you moongor. I will order again. :)

These items have very poor quality. I want to return them, but it is impossible, because the company doesn't have return label or ways. The cost of returning shipping fee is your ownrisk. This is bad company. Don't buy anything!

Buying on moongor was a pleasant experience. By mistake I bought a product twice but already the day after customer service solved the problem for me. Received the products I noticed the excellent quality and perfect fit. I would definitely buy again.

These are low quality clothes. Different colors of photos, wrong sizes, fabrics and wool of poor quality. The return of the clothes is for the price of the purchase. They offer 30% of the value for you to keep the order. A fraud.

I had never receive my order, they are thieves, this website is a fraud, all items are sent from China and it will never arrive. They know it but they keep stealing the money from the people, the customer service is a joke. And of course they dont want to refund my money.

Prodotto come da foto. Ottimo. Buono il rapporto con il cliente. Peccato non esiste un'app. Tempi di consegna nella media. Ne troppo lunghi ne brevi. Accettabili.

I love the style, very nice quality and it is different. I am sure a future costumer. I live in Denmark and the delivery was quite quick, The sizes fits perfectly.
