I ordered 2 movies from them which is Lion King and Cinderella, we got the item 9 days after and it couldn't play to any our DVD player, my daughter very disappoint, is her birthday present. I try to contact them to get an exchange or refund but they refuse because they said no refund after 5 days but we got the item after 9 days. What a bad customer service ever! I'm sure that they are selling bootlegs DVDs.
