Whenever customer place bad review. Their remove to place them back fake review and place them on top. Those reviews can't go above 3500. I was working there. The platform have fake reviews.

If you have few hundred to spare try their service. How they go by without being caught idk. Dirty filthy and disgusting.

This company scammed me out of my money!
I booked an Engineer to issue a EICR certificate, instead refused to issue certificate until i pay nearly £700 to repair an imaginary fault which should at most be an 'advisory' point.

Do not use Myconstructor.co.uk at any cost if you want to avoid being scammed.
My wife used them once, that's how I got to know them. Myconstructor.co.uk never refunded her for the service she actually booked, excusing that it is a contractor who we have to blame.

Well, well,well, I have been a contractor on Myconstructor.co.uk and have left after two weeks. Myconstructor.co.uk blocked my account, including the payments I was supposed to be getting for the provided services/works. They pay every Monday, I am still waiting...
Myconstructor.co.uk website is a massive scam, offering services they can't provide. Traders who register on their platform are not properly checked, therefore, you might get a cowboy electrician to do the job.
Having lost all the earnings, the last thing I want to do is to add all the personal details so that Myconstructor.co.uk can scam me again!

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid at all cost. I have booked a boiler service with my constructor for £65. Appointment was booked for Monday. Assigned contractor messaged Sunday after 9pm he could not make it and wanted go do Thursday which did not suit me. I asked to do Wednesday but again he could not do it and started suggesting next week. Bear in mind my money has been paid already and long gone the deadline for my possibility to cancel on the website. I requested a cancellation on line. I got apology and promise that my refund would be back in my account 3-5 days. It has now been 8 days. I still have not had my money back and my email with a complaint/concern about my refund still not received, so far has gone without a response. It looks to me like a con and dishonest money rip off. They offer appointment and then past the deadline allowing cancelation they say they can't make it and then looks like they will try not to give yon the refund.
