I cashed in for a prepaid $30.00 Mastercard, but they did not send a 8 digit code to activate the card. When I tried to use it I kept receiving errors.I will try again. Not happy with the process. Last card I had went right through with no problems.
As soon as I got the information entered and got my gift card I went to setup an account and my gift card was gone. I cannot retrieve it now so it is lost.
I tried to use this card at a gas station and family dollar and declined both places. I've never been so embarrassed since I go into these places almost on a daily basis.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I tried connecting 3 debit cards with them and non of them work. This company is 100% WORTHLESS!
