I experiencing all that has been said for other ex-costumers. Hours of waiting and the call is disconnected, trough e-mail only automated reply, looks like is a scam and I lost all my money. Kayak shoud not have this link on their website. Kayak has also reponsibility over this. They say to get in contact with the company in case the don solve in 72hs but AVIANCA airlines follows the same path. I reply to mytrip. On the e-mail sent 2 times you have all my info. Order LFNX9Z and the booking number Q4GEVD. This is an unreasonable excuse to not give the money back.
