I have urged My Trip Online Com customer support to cancel any agreement and subscription a day after requesting an ETA Visa. They ignored it. And charged my credit card after 3 days
I have never accepted or acknowledged that every three months I will use their service. Although I don't travel so much. What I did was requesting an ETA Visa for Canada only and they have cheated me in proposing a well hidden service for matter I was not aware of. Also the misuse of the acronym ETA is confusing and they used it on purpose to mislead people.
I would like also to report that within 3 days I did ask for refund sending multiple emails to them with no avail. They don't even answer any calls at any time.
I won't ever use their services and should have not done so. Just that for they are in front line of the Google search and mistrust the customer.
So I requested to cancel any transaction immediately as I have also opened a dispute a against you to my bank. I will also report this misuse of trust as where I am a Citizen, operations concluded online maybe cancelled within 14 days.
And I further repeated my demands to get refunded in full for all the 3 extra transactions made for one single applicant! However they keep refusing.
How the Government of Canada allows them to represent them is beyond belief.
Tip for consumers:
Google search not promoting them or adding up the bad comments.
Absolutely not recommended. They are a bunch of scammers. No service and mockery from all contacts, email, chat, telephone
