I asked a stylist size-related questions. 6-minute silence between the start and end.
The second stylist blatantly lied by reassuring me that the product is eligible for refund/exchange. I trusted her and placed an order, but was later told by another stylist that in-store credit is the best they can do. The company is evasive Their website also says the pictured pants are in size Medium (model has a 23'' waist), which is very unlikely and inconsistent with their size guide and online review. The company simply recommends sizing up (without telling you exactly how) and lied about their refund/exchange policy. Disgusting.
Tip for consumers:
They offer inconsistent and misleading information because they are desperate.

ASHLYNN SHIRT! Do not buy this shirt! There's something very wrong with the size and it's not as stated online, they try to get rid of it and will not stay behind the quality. You will be like me stuck with faulty product and basically throwing $200 in the garbage!

Shame on you Naked Cashmere! Your service was great before but something is changed on your end, not in a good way..

I NEVER signed up for anything from this company and I have zero interest in ever purchasing from them, I am ALLERGIC TO CASHMERE, but they keep sending me their catalogs after they told me I was removed from their mailing list.

Got my boyfriend a cashmere turtleneck from this place in a brown color. It fit him nicely, just the way he wanted. He really loved how soft and comfortable it was to wear this. Well worth the extra dollars I spent on this, definitely check out their stuff!
POOR QUALITY and SHAPLESS. Save your money and do not get hooked by the attractive discount. I really wanted to like this company and their product. This sweater looked the nicest out of the 4 I ordered, unfortunately it turned out to be low quality.
I bought 4 different items, immediately returned 3. I ended up keeping the Hannah Sweater. I wore it once and the delicately hand washed it after, air died it flat like I do all my cashmere items. Unfortunately, it stretched out and lost all shape. Sleeves are awfully long now as well. I have had a cashmere sweater from Old Navy for 20 years now and the quality does not even compare.
When I contacted the customer service, I had a terrible experience. The customer support listed number is not working. They offered a store credit then rescinded it.
I would NOT RECCOMEND buying it. I negative experience with Costumer Service, I will not be a returning customer.

Probably the only place I buy cashmere clothing from! Their quality is amazing and it is authentic cashmere which is hard to find now. Feels so great on my body!
I love the cashmere sweaters from Naked Cashmere! I've been wearing them for a while now and it feels so good. The quality is amazing, as expected and it's worth the money I spent!
