Since the beginning of this year, 2023 to this July, business hasn't been so smooth. Websites could go off for days. Servers always experiencing problems.

I have been having a 504 errors too often making it difficult to work on my sites hosted with you and also losing traffic as my website visitors face the same problems.
NakroTech offered us only 4 emails which's not ideal. Minimum should be 10 emails.

The services are diwn formore than 24 hours. Even informations we don't have. They have to inform their customers that there is an technical issue or somthing like that. We are tired of it.
My domain was suspended and blocked due to storage overuse. There was no prompt to inform me of my overuse, neither was there a prompt of me almost exceeding my storage usage, which isn't really helpful. And an upgrade had to be done to fix the storage overuse, which doesn't really help
