“Very Unprofessional”

My daughter broke the screen on her I-Phone X and to it to the Nerdvana store in Jackson for repair. We paid $135.00 for them install a new screen on the phone and she left the store. The next morning she got up and realized the new screen was cracked at the bottom evidently from faulty installation. My daughter returned to the store and spoke to the owner who refused to even entertain the idea of repair. As a dad I attempted to speak to the guy by phone and he was extremely rude and really didn't care about anything I had to say. During the entire conversation he tried calling to talk over me and finally said just go to one of our competitors and hung up the phone during mid conversation. The owner explained that less than 2% of his customers return with problems and I guess today I am part of the 2%. Thanks for nothing but stealing my $135.00
